I hope it wo...Hey Q, Good luck on your job search! I hope it works out.<br /><br />I've been keeping a pet sourdough starter in my fridge for about 3 months now. I call it "Fred". I use it to make flatbreads, which I finish with oil and herbs. Mighty yummy! I remember when my dad used to make sourdough bread back in the 60's and 70's, and as I share his taste for all things fermented, I've decided to honor the tradition. Let's celebrate natural yeast!
